One of the most important things that I have to have whilst running is my playlist. I don’t mind admitting that I can’t exercise without music and that definitely includes pounding the pavement for a couple of hours.
It’s on these long runs when you realise how important the music is to keep you going. I add new songs to my playlist each week and thought I’d start a page to share the motivational music that works for me. So, here’s this week’s picks and some of my current favourites.
